Terry joined the staff the last part of 2013. He has a BA in Religious Studies from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, Missouri. As a minister for 35 years he has pastored different churches in southwest Missouri as well as the First Baptist Church in Edina, Missouri in the northeast part of the state. Terry has been happily married to Sarah for 36 years and has 4 grown children and 5 grand children.

Terry has worked with Senior Adults for most of the last 15 years, including 3 years as an Alzheimer's Unit Director and a Hospice Chaplain for 10 years.

Start Date: September 1, 2019

Education: BA in Christian Ministry from Leavell College of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Family: My wife’s name is Brook, and she’s pretty great.

What you like to do: I enjoy watching hockey, my favorite teams are the Vancouver Canucks and the Dallas Stars. Brook and I enjoy going to aquariums and zoos. Also fishing is a fun hobby.

3 Favorite Movies: Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and Indiana Jones.

Favorite Meal: I enjoy a nice steak every now and then.

Most Embarrassing Moment: I was trying to brag to my parents about being ladies man. Without breaking eye contact I leaned in to take a sip of my drink and chased my straw around with my tongue for about 20 seconds. I’m sure they thought it was a miracle when I found a wife.

Pastor Jeff Braddock was raised on a farm in rural Southeastern Illinois.  He was saved in a revival meeting at the age of nine, and at the young age of 16 answered God's call to the ministry.  The same month, Jeff began to date his future wife, Scarlet.

After high school, both Jeff and Scarlet attended Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri.  During the summer of 2000 they got married.  In 2002, Scarlet completed training to become a high school English teacher.  She later became a school librarian.  The next summer, Jeff graduated with a degree in Pastoral Ministry.  A little over a year after Jeff graduated, he was led to his first church, New Hope.

In August of 2013, the Braddocks adopted a little girl, Jessie.  In June, 2017, the family grew to five as they also adopted two little boys, John and James.  Jeff's time as pastor has been one of learning, development, and growth for him, Scarlet, and the church.  They feel very blessed that God has led them to this church family and are excited to see what He will do in the future.

Pastor Robert Bradow and His family joined Waymark in March 2019. Leaving their lives in the farm country of north Florida they answered God’s call to move over 1000 miles to Southwest Missouri. Robert and his wife Danelle have been married for 18 years. They have 2 children, Walker, and Raelea. Robert previously served as the lead evangelist for CrossHeir Outfitters for over 10 years reaching outdoorsmen for Jesus all over the southeast United States. Robert’s ministry focus is fueled by God’s primary mission to the Church. “To Love God, Love People, and Serve the world.” You’ll find Pastor Robert’s teaching scripturally sound, Christ-centered, and applicable for the Christian living in the 21^st century. 

Pastor Joseph Dickerson joined Waymark in August 2019. He and his wife Crystal have four children Elijah, Ezekiel, Emma, and Everly. Pastor Joe says, "We as the followers of Christ are called to worship God in all aspects of our life. We don't come to church on Sunday to worship, we come to bring our worship." Pastor Joe constantly reminds us that worship is not just singing songs but it's a reflection of our lives in everyday circumstances.

Pastor Micah Arrington joined Waymark in October 2022. Micah is an experienced Student Pastor with a heart of developing young people to be biblically sound and disciple making believers. Micah is married to Taylor and they have a beautiful daughter name Huntly. Micah is currently working towards his bachelors degree in Religious Studies.
